Le Dental Spa, a luxury dental and esthetic wellness brand in Jacksonville, FL, built an impressive organic following with nearly 8,000 Instagram followers on their brand account and 19.7k followers for owner Dr. Pauline Le. Up to this point, every new client had come from organic social and word of mouth. They had never tested digital advertising.

When Le Dental Spa won Fable Heart Media’s Jumpstart Jax Giveaway, they received a fully funded 30-day Meta campaign promoting Botox services.

The campaign utilized a combination of UGC-style video content and professionally filmed content to mirror organic posts and leverage Dr. Le’s trusted presence – building authenticity and driving higher engagement

The Results

In just 30 days, Le Dental Spa’s first paid ad campaign produced measurable, meaningful results:

  • 38 form submissions from prospective new clients
  • 8 bookings (7 esthetic treatments + 1 membership client)
  • 22% form submission to booking conversion rate
  • 44% of total website traffic driven by paid Meta ads

One of the conversions, a new monthly membership client, alone would have covered the full campaign cost if Le Dental Spa had funded the ads themselves. The remaining 22% of leads converted within the first month, while the rest remain qualified prospects still in the consideration phase.

Because facial aesthetic treatments typically involve longer decision-making cycles, many of the remaining leads are expected to convert over time with continued nurturing through organic content and retargeting ads.

Even with the short timeline, the 22% immediate conversion rate validated the power of Meta advertising to drive both short-term appointments and long-term pipeline growth.
