What We Did
Full-Funnel Meta Ad Strategy
We launched campaign-specific Meta ads each month, highlighting Liberty’s current promotions and seasonal priorities. From “Buy 2, Get 1 Free” plant deals to half-off delivery offers, we deployed fresh creative and tailored copy every month, targeting North Florida homeowners and landscapers with precise prospecting and retargeting strategies.

High-Intent Google Campaigns
We paired those efforts with a mix of Search and Performance Max campaigns on Google Ads. These campaigns captured people actively searching for bulk mulch, citrus trees, or landscaping rock, meeting them with dynamic product ads and updated copy. As product availability changed, our campaigns adapted too, reallocating budget where it would matter most.
Nimble Budget Adjustments
One key reason these campaigns succeeded was our ability to pivot quickly and reallocate the budget each month. We monitored ROAS and revenue performance by platform and campaign in real time and adjusted Liberty’s monthly budget allocations accordingly. This nimble approach allowed us to double down on what was working, cut spend on underperformers fast, and stay aligned with Liberty’s changing revenue goals and product focus.
Strategic Spend Scaling
Liberty’s advertising strategy wasn’t about spending more every month. It was about spending smarter.
We began the year with lower ad spending across several months than the previous year, then scaled strategically once patterns emerged and revenue potential was strong, particularly in the spring. This flexible budgeting approach helped deliver significant gains without waste.
